We hope this web site is helpful to you. We have a lot of information about the Lundehund, how and where to obtain a Lundehund and what to do with one after you get it. In addition to educating the public about the breed, NLAA has the pre-eminent Lundehund rescue and are working on developing a health research section.
Our Mission Statement
The Norwegian Lundehund Association of America, Inc. was founded on the need for open communication and exchange amongst its members and the public, the desire to foster fair competition and good sportsmanship, and to do everything in its power to protect this ancient and unique breed. The future of the Lundehund now rests in the hands of breeders around the world. Our goal is to provide a positive and safe place for the exchange of ideas so that the Lundehund can flourish and remain the purebred link to antiquity that it is.
